To us, the word training is synonymous with journey. After
all, life is all about the journey, right? When it comes to your health there is
no final destination, there is no finish line. It’s all about your intention,
your experiences, and what you choose to do with your time. The word training can
sometimes get a bad rap. It sounds grueling, hard, and most of the time,
temporary. We want people to change their perception of what it means to train
both in physical fitness and in life. There is no finish line, there will never
be a day where you get to say, ‘Phew, I made it, I can stop taking care of
myself now.’ We also want training to be inspiring, fun, and sustainable. The
training you apply to life shouldn’t be painful, it should be uplifting and
rewarding.
Our goal at The Well Trained Life is to add intention to
areas of health and fitness that inspire people to take better care of
themselves, love themselves and enjoy the journey.
